Organised by the Department of Justice (DoJ) and supported by the Intellectual Property Department, The "Mediate First” Conference was held on 24 May. The full-day event included a mediation Forum and a "Mediate First” Pledge Reception. Highlights of the Reception included the ceremonial signing of the "Mediate First” Pledge by new pledgees and the Star Logo Award presentation ceremony.

CEDR Asia Pacific was proud to be a Supporting Organisation. Danny McFadden spoke on "Deal Mediation" a new topic in Hong Kong.
